Your members and clients are experts in their fields, but may still have gaps in their business knowledge and leadership/managerial skills. Our self-paced courses help fill in the gaps and develop their business acumen, to help them grow on their businesses.
How can we create a mechanism to offer scholarships or discounts to select members/clients?
You can allocate any percentage of your gainsharing profits towards scholarship for members. Depending on your audience, you may choose to advertise that you offer scholarships to incentivize members/clients to sign up.
How else can the Braintrust Professional Institute support our members (and staff?)
No matter the size of our engagement with your organization, we learn a ton about how you operate and the clients and members you serve. Since the organizational learning is already underway, it makes working with you in other capacity that much easier. Building long-term relationships is much more satisfying for us. We are happy to provide additional training and mentorship to your clients, members or staff, as needed.

For an addition fee, we can offer "office hours" (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) for your clients/members to meet with us and ask questions or gain further clarification and support. We can also help facilitate group sessions to debrief and reinforce the learning.
